What AvailView is

AvailView is booking-page and calendar software for solo service providers. You get a branded subdomain, a public availability calendar, a booking-request form, and an admin dashboard.

Payments between you and your clients

AvailView does not process payments between providers and their clients. You collect payment from your clients however you already do, outside the platform. AvailView is not a party to that transaction, is not a money transmitter, and is out of PCI scope for it.

Your subscription

• New accounts get a 14-day trial with full access and no payment required.
• After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription, billed monthly through Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard's billing portal. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period, and ends automatic-confirmation of new bookings from that point on.
• A cancelled account keeps read and export access to its data for a 30-day grace period, after which the data is permanently deleted (see the privacy policy).

Approval-based booking

No booking on AvailView is confirmed automatically. Every request goes to the provider's inbox for approval. AvailView is not responsible for a provider's decision to accept or decline a request, or for the provider's conduct with their clients.

Acceptable use

Don't use AvailView to collect more personal data from your clients than your booking form asks for, to circumvent the approval-based booking model, or in a way that violates applicable law.

Changes

These terms may be updated as AvailView's features change. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts.
