Privacy Policy

The commitments

• We do not sell your data or your clients' data.
• We do not run advertising on your booking page.
• You own your data. You can export it at any time, and delete it at any time.
• We collect the minimum needed to run the service.
• We disclose every third party that touches data, below.

What we collect

From you, the provider: business name, email, your chosen subdomain, business hours, services, and the URLs of any calendar feeds you connect. We don't require a personal address.

From your customers: whatever they submit on your booking-request form — typically name, email, phone, and a message. That's stored until you delete it or close your account.

From a connected calendar: only whether a given day or time is busy or free. Event titles and details from personal calendars are discarded after we compute availability — they're never stored.

What we don't collect

• No device identifiers, cookies beyond your login session, analytics tracking, or ad-platform pixels — including on this marketing site.
• No payment information for your clients. Payment between you and your clients happens outside AvailView entirely.
• No event content from connected calendars beyond a busy/free signal.

Retention and deletion

• Cancelling your subscription queues all of your account's data for deletion after a 30-day grace period, during which you can still export it. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted, including your login.
• Deleting a specific customer record removes that record, but keeps your booking history intact — the deleted customer is simply unlinked from it, not erased from your calendar.
• Exporting your data is available from your dashboard's Subscription tab at any time, as a JSON file, with no support request required.

Third parties that touch your data

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider, hosted on AWS.
• Netlify — hosting and serverless functions, which execute on AWS Lambda.
• Resend — transactional email for booking notifications and account verification (no marketing-platform parent).
• Stripe — our subscription billing processor. Stripe handles its own PCI compliance; AvailView never receives your card details.
